Working in partnership with the Three Stripes brand, British-Jamaican fashion designer Grace Wales Bonner reworks adidas’ iconic on-court sneaker that made its debut in the mid-’70s with flairs that take cues from her diasporic Britain and Caribbean connections.

A detailed look at the model shows Bonner’s Nizza Lo crafted with a durable canvas upper, predominantly hued in soft cream tones throughout, while adidas’ signature Three Stripe branding graces the sidewalls in contrasting hits of pink and yellow leather textiles.

Elsewhere, further adidas marking takes form on the tongue in the shape of the sportswear giant’s legendary trefoil logo, joined with additional imprints on the insoles.
