As part of adidas’ celebration of Stan Smith’s Wimbledon win 50 years ago, the Stan Smith silhouette ties up with forever-young Disney goes for a sustainable construction. Introducing The Lion King x adidas Stan Smith Brown.

This Stan Smith goes for a natty Oxford-like look with an all-tan-Brown upper with laces in the same colour. The right tongue tab features the classic white adidas Stan Smith logo with Stan Smith’s illustrated face. The left tongue tab swaps out Stan Smith’s face with not Simba but the villain, Scar. The black fur heel tabs are most likely an homage to Scar’s black mane. The insoles show off the PRIMEGREEN logo signifying that this shoe does not use virgin (or newly created) plastic. A vintage-looking cream sole unit finishes off the style of these kicks.
