Salomon XT-6 FT Rainy Day Epsom Peach Beige

Thanks to the latest uptake in hiking and all things outdoors, the Salomon XT-6 FT is exploring new territory with its new Gorpcore customer. What started off as love for the French brand’s Speedcross 3 model back in 2019, eventually turned into a desire for its less trail-specific brother, the Salomon XT-6. Noticing a huge demand for the XT-6 line, they have since updated the model with its FT range.

According to the brand, the FT line “stands the test of time and distance for die-hard sneakerheads.” With Salomon now acknowledging its shoe-obsessed customer base, it has taken to the midsole, enhancing comfort by adding high-performance EVA foam and an Ortholite® insole that moulds to your feet. 3D mesh is an additional feature on the FT range that maximises breathability while serving as an aesthetic change from the previous XT6 range. What still remains are the heavy lugs and Quicklace™ system, all signature qualities that help the shoe perform on both the mountainside and cityscapes.
