Here we take a closer look at the Puma Nova GRL PWR in Pink.
This collaboration between Lola Plaku and Puma brings us a muted pink and beige silhouette that’s both feminine and ‘dad shoe-friendly’.
It’s made from a peach mesh upper, with tonal suede and leather abstract shaped overlays, which bring a futuristic vibe to the silhouette. The blush colouring continues through to the laces as well as a streak towards the the heel.
As we look closer at the details on this release, there’s a peach-colour GRL PWR tongue tab sitting on a mesh tongue, while Puma’s classic formstrip in leather wraps around from the back to the lateral side. A raised Puma symbol also sits on the heel cap and is also present on the underside of the shoe on the outsole.
Taking inspiration from the ever popular 90s design aesthetic we’re seeing across the board at the moment, the GRL PWR sits on a chunky sculpted midsole, giving you height as well as comfort.
