Sometimes overlooked, the Nike TN is an iconic silhouette which this time, has been given a chic, springtime update. Arriving in an Oxygen Purple/White colourway, the sneaker is fashioned from a stylish and #cozy suede material that we just can’t get enough of.
Instead of the glossy TPU cage that usually spans the entire upper of a TN, we have tonal stitching that mimics the vertical wave-like pattern from toe to heel. Below this on the mudguard, another layer of plain pastel purple suede wraps around the perimeter of the shoe completing the smooth classy look. on toe box, a glossy purple strip adds reinforcement and a subtle colour and texture change.
Looking closer in detail at the sneaker, there’s a mid-sized Swoosh embroidered onto the sidewall in white with a lavender trim, Tuned branding on the tongue and Tn Air badges on the heel counter and arch underfoot. Speaking of underfoot, the white foam midsole comes complete with the classic Tuned Air Max sole unit, which consists of 3 transparent air bubbles which will feel like you’re walking on clouds.
