Nike Space Hippie 04 Grey Volt

The Nike Space Hippie 04 Grey Volt is one of two variants of the silhouette set to be released as part of Nike’s larger Space Hippie capsule. The collection is crafted entirely from sustainable and recycled fabrics as part of the Oregon-based brand’s larger Move to Zero campaign. Inspired by space and originally planned to release as part of the Olympic games celebrations, the pair have certainly turned a few heads so far.

The uppers are made entirely from Flyknit fabric, with a low-key lacing system featured alongside Nike’s traditional Swoosh logo in a lime green pixelated version. Other key details include a canvas strap across the heel and a sock like construction for a streamlined look.

Beneath the feet, the midsole unit is also made from recycled materials, with offcuts from Nike’s record-breaking ZoomX technology used to provide cushioning, making the ride as comfortable as ever.
