Nike DJ Khaled X Air Jordan 5 We The Best Orange

It’s no secret that DJ Khaled is a big Air Jordan fan. The hitmaker has a serious collection of rare styles and personal pairs which is estimated to be worth a cool $8 million, but now he’s teamed up with the Jumpman team for a collaborative pack of Jordan 5s. One of the highlights of the collection has to be the DJ Khaled x Air Jordan 5 We The Best Orange, so let’s take a closer look at the pair.

Arriving in its usual leather construction the We The Best AJ5 comes painted in a perfect pastel orange hue, which covers everything from the leather paneling to the traditional netting at the midfoot window. To break things up, blue accents pop on the midsole spikes and tongue, and peek out from the quilted sockliners. The same sky blue shade can also be spotted on the heels, where, similar the Bone colourway dropping at the same time, embroidered ‘We The Best’ branding calls out the collaborative effort. The Orange DJ Khaled Jordan 5 is then finished with a “Sail”-coloured midsole, and another WTB branding hit features on the translucent treading underfoot.
