Nike DJ Khaled X Air Jordan 5 We The Best Bone

Music mogul DJ Khaled adds another pair to his collaborative sneaker shelf with this We The Best Air Jordan 5 Bone release. The music producer is no stranger to the people over at Jordan Brand, having already cooked up a few projects together in the past. This Air Jordan 5 in the Bone colourway is the second shoe to drop out of the pack of four, with the first being the Orange pair. After seeing DJ Khaled show off an array of friends and family exclusive collabs, it will be good to finally see We The Best logo being rocked by your regular sneakerhead.

The Bone colourway is arguably the most wearable out of the pack, with its use of colour being dedicated to the details. The midsole is painted in a bubble-gum purple and sits next to a light blue with flecks of gold, a nice nod to the speckled-sole days. Continuing with that theme of gold, the most obvious bit of co-branding comes in the form of an embroidered “WE THE BEST” on the heel in the brand’s signature font. Inside, the shoe is decked out in a quilted plush lining, a premium touch we have grown to expect with top-tier collaborations and gives you that extra comfort when on feet. Sewn onto the inner of the tongue is “Keep Going” which no doubt gives you that DJ Khaled kick-start to the day when lacing these up.
