The Nike Air Max 1 By You is finally here, and it’s safe to say that we’re more than excited. The AM1 was the original model in the Air Max family, launching in 1987 and designed by Tinker Hatfield. Ever since, it’s won the heart of sneakerheads across the globe and continues to be an enormous success.

The option customise the iconic silhouette has finally returned to Nike, with the possibilities being almost endless. With a wide range of construction materials and colours available to choose from, we’ve already started creating and can’t wait to see what the community comes up with! The AM1 showcases a technically panelled upper with Swooshes located on each side and Nike Air branding throughout.

Underfoot, a visible Nike Air unit is present below the heel, while the subtly detailed midsole is also fully customisable. There’s no doubt that some fire pairs will be created using this option, whether they’re totally unique or inspired by classic releases of the past.
