Nike Air Jordan 1 Low Lakers

With a rich sporting history, it’s no surprise that we see classic Jordan silhouettes like the Air Jordan 1 Low appear in just about every basketball team-themed colourway under the sun, and although Chicago styles have a special place in most Jordan fans hearts, Lakers colourways have been pretty commonplace too. The upcoming Air Jordan 1 “Lakers” sees the team’s signature colours dress the classic, albeit in a much more toned-down colour blocking pattern than other pairs.

The usually dominant purple and gold hues take a backseat here, as it’s stealthy black leather that takes over the base of the “Lakers” AJ1 Low. Purple peeps through on the perforated toebox and Nike Swoosh, whilst gold accents are reserved for the sockliner, Jumpman branding and embroidered Jordan Wings insignia. Finally, a white and black sole unit adds the perfect finishing touch.
