Jacquemus X Nike Air Humara Beige

Easily one of the most anticipated collaborations of 2022, designer Simon Porte-Jacquemus has teamed up with the Swoosh brand for his namesake brand’s take on the Nike Air Humara. The Jacquemus x Nike Air Humara “Beige” sees the ACG-inspired silhouette reimagined in a super-clean, elevated colour palette, which falls more in-line with the luxury lineage of the Jacquemus brand.

Opting for a cleaner construction, Jacquemus has reworked the silhouette’s upper to offer more white space and added premium beige suede and leather overlays for a luxe touch. The tonal striped detailing that would usually frame the sidewalls has been switched up, and now simply skims the lacing unit and collars. The Humara’s usual tacked on Swoosh has also been swapped out for a more premium take – Jacquemus’s take instead sees a metallic gold mini Swoosh add a subtle point of detail to the shoe’s sidewalls. Finally, the “Beige” Jacquemus Air Humara sees the traditional Humara sole remain intact, albeit in a tonal cream and gum make-up to round off the premium colourway.
