The adidas Stan Smith Womens Italian Sliced features one of the more unique design features yet. It follows on from a string of high profile releases for the iconic Tennis sneak. A Y3 collaboration brought us the ‘Zip’ construct while woven and Primeknit models have enjoyed major success with fans of the range.
This pair is still crafted with premium leather but a criss-cross pattern is stamped across the entire upper. This chequered affect brings a completely different look to a refined silhouette while adding some texture to an otherwise smooth design.
Complimenting this upper, a suede navy overlay features to the heel. This adds to the desirability factor with a decadent and soft feel. adidas Originals branding makes an appearance through this thick material.
Elsewhere and everything remains true to the Stan Smith design. That includes the perforated three stripe branding to the sidewall and low profile midsole underfoot. An embossed logo also features and a set of white laces completes the look.
