The adidas Predator 18 launched this morning in that iconic black red colourway, taking the reigns from its predecessor.
It’s been a good few years since the German retailer discontinued its lauded silo, worn by the likes of Zinedine Zidane, David Beckham, Kaka and Del Pierro – to name a few.
adidas’ new Predator 18 iteration will replace the brand’s ACE model, as it takes design cues from both it, and the legendary iteration.
The boot dons a hi-top aesthetic, utilising the three stripe giant’s signature Primeknit material which wraps around the ankle for enhanced freedom of movement, comfort and protection.
With adidas’ Boost sole technology underfoot and Controlskin upper, the adidas Predator 18 Black Red | BB6316 will take your game to the next level.
Finishing off the design in style is subtle detailing around the sock-collar. The back folds down to reveal the “Predator” logo, while the midfoot area stretches out, revealing the iconic red tongue which was synonymous with the boot throughout the years.
We’ve already seen the new Predator unveiled on the pitch, so expect to see players like Paul Pogba, Dele Alli, Ivan Rakitic and a few more putting them through their paces this season.
