The Iniki Runner has enjoyed major success since it first landed on the scene several weeks ago. Sneakerheads can’t get enough of this contemporary and iconic mash up. It’s not hard to see the appeal as adidas maintain the classic look of 70s era footwear with the uber cushioning of Boost technology – what’s not to love?!
This design features that winning combination of nylon and suede across the upper. A light shade of blue covers much of the shoe but white does feature to the three stripes as well as the leather heel overlay. Gold foil Iniki branding makes an appearance to the sidewall while a tonal embroidered tab features to the tongue.
As mentioned though, it’s that Boost technology which steals the show underfoot. This promises the best in cushioning and support while a sticky gum outsole is another nod to the old school.
